Electrofex warranties its products against defects for a period of thirty days from delivery. Such warranty is limited to repair or replacement with the identical item (at our election) and excludes any damage due to incorrect installation, reverse polarity wiring, liquid damage, static discharges or any other physical abuse. All other brand  products sold by Electrofex are covered by the terms of  their respective manufactures warrantees only. 

  The products available from Electrofex are intended for use by special effects professionals only. We can make no warranty, express or implied, that our products are fit or appropriate for any particular purpose.

  All orders are custom orders, quickly assembled and promptly shipped out. As custom orders they are not returnable, and the purchase price is not refundable under any circumstances.

  Furthermore, Electrofex is in the business of manufacturing and selling complete products only. We do not sell PCB artwork, circuit designs or source code. For example: If you order 100 widgets, you get 100 widgets. You do not get engineering information to go off and make or internally modify your own widgets. All of the products made by Electrofex share common uniqueness and proprietary manufacturing techniques, and this proprietary information is not for sale.

In addition, Electrofex does not guarantee any long-term storage of design information for any custom products we have made for you in the past.
